Grace Presbyterian Church * A farewell to Libby potluck dinner is scheduled for Sunday, July 27 immediately following the morning worship service. * Maranatha Summer Camps: Outdoor Adventure Camp, for seventh-12th graders, July 20-25; $295 early bird, $325 regular. Adventure campers must be at least 12 years old and must weigh at least 65 pounds.
Madison Christian Church * A two-hour canoe trip scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 2. Cost is $11, $5 for 5-10 year olds. Meet at the church at 8 a.m. For more information, www.elkrivercanoes.com. * Intermediate guitar classes will be during the summer on Thursday evenings. The cost is $40 per person. The tentative schedule is: July 24, Aug. 7 and Aug.21. Classes begin at 7 p.m.
Asbury United Methodist Church * The Prime-Timer ministry has reserved two tables for the matinee performance of "Brigadoon" Saturday, July 19. Tentatively, pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, green beans and salad will be served. Dessert will be cheesecake with strawberries and whipped cream. A vegetarian meal can be substituted by order, when making reservations. Cost is $15 per person. Laurie Falkenberry must receive reservations and payment no later than June 30. Tickets are available in advance. * This year's Great Commission Expedition mission trip will be to Costa Rica to help people there with minor repair and construction.
