Leo Cooney Sr., 75, of Madison, died June 6, 2010.
Mr. Cooney was preceded in death by a son, Leo Joseph Cooney Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Jane Frame Cooney; daughter, Patricia Cooney Patterson and husband David; son, Michael Joseph Cooney Sr. and wife Christy, all of Huntsville; sister, Mari Louise Cooney Kramer of El Cajon, Calif.; brother, Riley Joseph Cooney Jr. of Boynton Beach, Fla.; and grandchildren, Michael Joseph Cooney Jr., Riley Cobern Cooney and Caden Joseph Cooney, all of Huntsville.
Visitation was held at St. Mary of the Visitation Catholic Church. The funeral followed at the church.
