COVID-19 cases increases to 150 in Madison County, 2,168 in state
The number of coronavirus cases in Madison County jumped up to 150 today at 5:15 p.m., from 141 this morning. The number of statewide cases also increase significantly, from 2008 this morning to 2,168 this evening.
The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) is also saying there have been 62 reported deaths, with 39 of those confirmed. This morning there were 53 reported deaths.
They also report that 14,765 people have been tested for the virus in the state so far, with 271 people being hospitalzed since March 13.
