Storm shelters in the Madison area

There are a few storm shelters in the Madison area and throughout Madison County. In the event of severe weather the storm shelters at Asbury Church in Madison and Harvest will be open if and when a tornado watch is issued.
The shelter on the Madison campus on Hughes Road is located in the building 2 basement by the playground.
The shelter at the Harvest campus is located at 8089 Wall Triana Hwy.
Pets must be crated. Masks are required and social distancing is encouraged.
The shelter at Madison Church of Christ is no longer serving as a public storm shelter.
