Ardent Preschool and Daycare plans to build new facility at Clift Farms

MADISON —A new business has announced plans to move to Clift Farms. Ardent Preschool & Daycare said Tuesday they are opening a new campus in the Breland Homes Development next year.

Situated just off Highway 72 – next to Publix on Uncle Frank Boulevard, the new 23,000 square foot facility will be equipped with 18 classrooms and provide care for children ages six weeks through preschool.  The Clift Farms location will include an artificial turf soccer field, infant courtyard, splash pad and multiple playgrounds for the purpose of ensuring a perfect dose of outdoor play for the Ardent Kids.

“Ardent is extremely excited to be expanding its services to the Madison area and providing the high level of quality childcare that so many families are looking for,” said Ardent CEO John LaBreche.

LaBreche said the facility will be the fourth project in which Ardent Preschool & Daycare has partnered with the architectural firm Turner and Batson. Leading on the development side is Leeland Ventures and construction will be by Fite Building Co. The Clift Farms location will feature fully functional classrooms, high technological systems and safely secured indoor and outside areas.

Ardent Preschool & Daycare has been open for over 20 years and will now have seven schools located in the Huntsville and Birmingham areas. For more information about Ardent Preschool & Daycare, go to www.ArdentPreschool.com.
