State agencies praise Investor’s Resource, Signalink and Virtuous Realty

MADISON – Three companies in Madison received state attention as top small businesses of the year in Alabama.

The Business Council of Alabama and Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama honored Investor’s Resource, Signalink and Virtuous Realty, all located in Madison. These companies were recognized as three of the state’s outstanding small businesses.

Investor’s Resource promises to serve as a trusted partner for life. They work to understand a client’s goals. The advisors listen, guide and help clients to reach lifetime goals and their personal definition of success. Their consultative process involves five meetings.

Investor’s Resource’s address is 100 Essex Court, Suite C in Madison. Call 256-772-4646, email shari@invresource.com or visit invresource.com.

Signalink delivers innovative engineering, technical, logistical and programmatic support to the aerospace and defense communities. The company believes Signalink employees do their best work when team members are happy, when customers depend on Signalink, and when employees actively engage in the community.

Signalink is a woman-owned, veteran-owned and minority-owned small, disadvantaged business. Signalink’s address is 1208 Slaughter Road in Madison. Call 256-715-6744, email info@signalink.us or visit signalink.us.

Virtuous Realty advises clients on preparing to buy a home (a pre-approval letter is essential), sell a home (length of time for a property to be listed for sale) and pertinent questions (agents offer full consultation about concerns and procedures).

Virtuous Realty Group manages residential, multifamily and commercial properties in the Southeast. Virtuous Realty’s office address is 8006 Old Madison Pike, Suite 16 in Madison. Call 256-858-1945, email pamelabass@virtuousrealtygroup.com or visit virtuousrealtygroup.com.

The business council and chamber association realized the impact of the Madison companies on their surrounding community. “Their teams’ hard work and commitment has truly shown through this year. We’re proud to have such dedicated businesses that are chamber members,” Executive Director Michelle Epling said.

The Madison businesses were honored as part of the 2022 Alabama Small Business of the Year Awards. The awards had 46 finalists.

The Club Inc. in Birmingham hosted the awards ceremony. Virtuous Realty Group received Bronze in the “Emerging Small Business of the Year” category. Investor’s Resource earned Silver for “1-10 Employees Small Business of the Year.” Signalink claimed the Silver level for “51-100 Employees Small Business of the Year.”

Local chambers of commerce across the state nominated small businesses. A panel of out-of-state judges reviewed the finalists.

Madison Chamber of Commerce’s address is 401 Carter Drive, Suite B. For more information, call 256-325-8317, email michelle@madisonalchamber.com or visit madisonalchamber.com.
