LMP’s ‘Hairspray’ features many Madison teens

MADISON – Numerous Madison teenagers have devoted a large chunk of their summer vacation to appear in “Hairspray” presented by Lyrique Music Productions.

Alumni of Bob Jones High School in the show are Christopher Gunner, Basia Marotta, Briana Caudle, Elena Gimenez, Anna Hebert, Sam Stratton and Demola Ayokanmbi. Current Bob Jones students are Nolen Gunner, Olivia Knowling and Suzie Glover.

Hannah Rice is a James Clemens High School alumna. Also in “Hairspray,” Andrew Pharo, Hadley Cawthorne, Lauren Parker and Brittney Quach are current students at James Clemens.

Sparkman High School alumni includClemens studentse Mckenna Barlow, Cameron DuVall, Jonathan Everheart and Matthew Gay. Liam Nelson, Nikki Ahlf and Jaron Chambers are current James .

Actors Raegan Masterson and Emma Grace Bailey from Madison Academy are appearing in “Hairspray.”

“Hairspray” will be presented at Lee High School Mainstage, 2500 Meridian St. N., Huntsville. Show times are July 26-29 at 7 p.m., along with matinees at 2 p.m. on July 29 and at 2:30 p.m. on July 30.
