SCOREBOARD: Bob Jones softball improves to 13-2 with wins over Florence, Ardmore

Bob Jones softball improved to 13-2 over all and 1-1 in area play today, with a 15-0 win over Florence.

Emmah Rolfe tossed a no hitter and hit two home runs. Alexa Douthitt and Aubrie Lisenby each hit a home run.

Rylie Snyder got three hits and Haley Boman and Amy Jones picked up two hits each.

The win follows Monday’s action against Ardmore.

The Patriots rallied from being down 0-5 in the 5th inning to win 6-5.

Aubrie Lisenby scored two 3-run home runs. Megan Shurtz gets the win in relief.

The game was played at UAH, where Bob Jones assistant coach Stephanie Pinto earned her place on the UAH All American List while in college.
