BJ’s Wholesale Club opens membership center in Madison, new store to open later this fall

MADISON – The highly-anticipated opening of BJ’s Wholesale Club in Madison is nearing, expected later this fall. To prepare, BJ’s membership center has opened today at 8760 Madison Blvd. in Madison. Local shoppers interested in joining BJ’s can head to the membership center, between the hours of 9 a.m.- 7 p.m. (Monday through Friday), 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. (Saturday) and 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. (Sunday), to sign up for BJ’s founding member special offer.

The membership center will stay open through Nov. 9.

Those interested in joining the club can sign up for The Club Card Membership for one year at only $55, with a $40 welcome reward plus $40 in coupons.

The Madison BJ’s location will be their first in the state of Alabama. It feature a wide assortment of fresh foods and produce, a full-service deli, seasonal items, home décor, electronics, apparel, and other everyday essentials. The new club in Madison will also have a BJ’s Gas location on-site, offering members low fuel prices through BJ’s Fuel Saver program.

BJ’s provides its members other additional member-saving exclusive benefits, including BJ’s Optical, BJ’s Travel, Home Improvement and an on-site Tire Center.

They are also partnering with the Food Bank of North Alabama. Once the club is open, BJ’s will donate unsold produce, meat, dairy and more to the food bank every week to support the community.
