Bob Jones Girls have no problem with Decatur

The Bob Jones Lady Patriots continued their roll through Area 15 teams by crushing Decatur 62-18 on Friday night.

The Patriots led 14-0 after one quarter and 31-7 at halftime. Jasmine Jones led the scoring with 13 and had 9 in the first half. Tierra Jones continued to make plays as she scored 11 including 8 in the third quarter. She closed her night with a steal and driving layup.

Katie Colson led the bench players in the fourth quarter as the Patriots outscored Decatur 17-6 in the final quarter. Colson finished with 10 points, all in the fourth quarter.

Joidan Jennings and China Leary each had 6 points.

Bob Jones is now 4-0 in Area 15 play. The ladies next area game is Jan. 20 at Florence.
