MADISON – Road construction currently is underway on Palmer Road and Front Street.
“Work along this roadway is anticipated to last approximately two weeks and will consist of resurfacing and the installation of gravel shoulders,” Gary Chynoweth said. Chynoweth is Director of Engineering for the City of Madison.
The improvements will be made to Front Street (east of Sullivan Street) and the entire length of Palmer Road from Sullivan Street to the east to County Line Road to the west.
“Please plan accordingly and use caution while driving in this area,” he said. “Thank you for your patience as we work to improve Madison’s roadways.”
