Texas Roadhouse helps archers with fundraising

MADISON – The Mill Creek Archers team has set their sights on the World Tournament in Orlando, Fla., and Texas Roadhouse is assisting with their fundraising.

The Mill Creek Archers’ performance at the national tournament in Louisville, Ky. qualified them for the world tournament at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. on July 20-22.

“The team obviously needs some fundraising help so they have partnered with Texas Roadhouse rather than just straight asking for donations,” parent spokesperson Joe Mullins said.

During “Spirit Night,” the archery team will receive 10 percent of the proceeds for meals and 20 percent of proceeds for gift cards on Thursdays from 4 to 10 p.m. through July 27. “You need to present a flier or mention Mill Creek for the donation,” Mullins said.

“Support Mill Creek Archery Team and join us for dinner. Ten percent of sales will be donated back for their trip to the World Competition,” Mullins said.

Jennifer Klein and Martha Prichard coach Mill Creek’s archery team.

Texas Roadhouse’s address is 121 Jeff Road in Huntsville, adjacent to the city limits of Madison. This offer is available for guests who dine in or ones with carryout orders. For call-ahead seating, call 256-895-8990.
