Parents can pay school fees online

This year, parents of Madison middle and high school students have the option of paying fees online.

To pay fees online, visit https://madisoncityal.csiepay.com. Then, click the arrow labeled “Proceed to Payment Pages.”

On the “School Payments” page, click the selection for the student’s school (for example, “BOB JONES HIGH – 2012-13 STUDENT FEES”). On the Registration Page, fill out all the student and parent information. In the Classroom Items box, click the fees that you want to pay (for example, click “Course Fees” and a dropdown box lists the fees that you can select to pay).

Then, select the box labeled “I agree to the above Terms and Condition.” Click the “Proceed to Payment Page” button and indicate the type of payment.

The software automatically adds a convenience fee of $3.50 for each student.

For online payment at Discovery Middle School, visit the following link for seventh-grade students:

“You can select any four numbers to fill the student identification number field in the online payment form,” Discovery principal Dr. Robbie Smith said. The identification number is not associated with the school databases.

“It is critical that you print the receipt for your online payments and bring with you at registration,” Smith said. After completing payments, parents can no longer access the online payment pages.

Parents can pay the general fee, along with charges for physical education uniform, band, PTA and yearbook, Smith said. In addition, parents can make donations that are listed on the fee form.

After paying fees, juniors and seniors at Bob Jones High School can pick up parking passes during office hours through Aug. 10. The student must present the following documentation: student fee statement, receipt of payment sheet confirming all fees are paid in full, valid driver’s license, current proof of insurance, make and model of car and license plate number.

Bob Jones students in grades 9-12 can pay fees in person on Aug. 6-8 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition, a station for online payment will be available on these days.
