HUNTSVILLE – The Space Foundation will host the Space Commerce Business Growth Workshop on July 30. The discussions will review the most common challenges companies face in growing their business and will suggest strategies that will help owners to succeed.

The one-day workshop from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. is one of a series that the Colorado Springs-based Space Foundation will present with a grant funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency. The Invention to Innovation Center at 850 Ben Graves Drive in Huntsville will accommodate the meeting.

Some topics that the space commerce workshop in Huntsville will study are an overview of the space commerce industry, the positioning for a company or its product, customer discovery and value proposition, scaling, strategy and collaborating for investment.

Training at the workshop will focus on developing a company’s roadmap for strategic engagement. Participants should receive an understanding of actions to differentiate a company and its products in the marketplace.
