Free community food givaway set for Saturday at Toyota Field

MADISON – There will be a community free food giveaway this Saturday, Sept. 12, for families in need.

Volunteers with Madison City Schools and the various support organizations will lead the distribution, beginning at 10 a.m., at Toyota Field.

Citizens are are asked to remain in their car for this drive-thru pickup.

Approximate 40,000 lbs of groceries will be given out while supplies last.

Food will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Please pay attention to signage for entrances and exits.

Directions to Toyota Field:

COMING FROM THE EAST | On I-565 W, take exit 13 onto Madison Blvd, turn left onto Zierdt Rd., then right on Town Madison Blvd. and finally a right on Trash Panda Way.

COMING FROM THE WEST | On I-565/US-72 E, take exit 9 onto Wall-Triana Hwy and turn right toward Triana. Take a left onto Disk Dr, followed by a left on Dunlop Blvd. SW. Follow Dunlop until Town Madison Blvd. and take a right, then a left onto Trash Panda Way.
