Ozellar Rozell; Aug. 6, 2010

Ozellar Bunn Rozell, 96, a lifelong resident of Harvest and a member of Christway Baptist Church, passed away Aug. 6, at Madison Manor Nursing Home.

Mrs. Rozell was preceded in death by husband, Ira S. Rozell; and son, Harlis N. Rozell.

Survivors include her sons, Charles Rozell and wife Virginia of Huntsville, and Lawrence Rozell and wife Liz of Largo, Fla.; daughters, Reba Sanderson of Harvest, Jean Hinshaw and husband Doug of Huntsville, Virginia Nell Kellinghausen of Clearwater, Fla., Carol Guthrie and husband David of Madison, Mary Klinner and husband Richard of Hazel Green, Phyllis Rozell of Huntsville, and Kathy Taherpour and husband Shawn of Madison; and daughter-in-law, Billie Sue Rozell of Toney. She had 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was from 12:30 p.m. until the funeral service at 2 p.m. Aug. 8, at the Hazel Green Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Leroy Landers officiating. Burial will follow in Brier Fork Cemetery. Hazel Green Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
