Home2 Suites by Hilton plans May opening in Town Madison

MADISON – Madison’s newest hotel will mark the first business to open in the Town Madison mixed-use property.

Home2 Suites by Hilton, part of Hilton’s All Suites portfolio, has completed the “topping off” of its new hotel, signifying that the final beam has been placed and that the structural framework is complete.

The hotel’s address is 135 Graphics Drive, near Hexagon Corporation in the western section of Town Madison, which will feature hotels, offices, well-known retailers like Duluth and Company, delicious dining options and more.

The four-story, 97-suite hotel, developed and owned by PHD Hotels Inc., will open in May. Home2 Suites by Hilton is a mid-tier, all-suite, award-winning extended-stay hotel concept designed to offer stylish accommodations with flexible guest room configurations and inspired amenities for the cost-conscious guest.

“We are delighted to bring this fresh, new lodging option for business and leisure travelers visiting the greater Madison area,” PHD Vice President Jim Hunt said.

Home2 Suites by Hilton in Madison will offer all-suite accommodations with fully accessorized kitchens and modular furniture. Guests will have the flexibility to customize their suite to their style and preference.

The hotel will also feature complimentary Internet and inviting communal spaces. Trademark Home2 Suites amenities include Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area; Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items; and the Inspired Table, a complimentary breakfast that has more than 400 potential combinations.
