Local Leaders, Breland Companies break ground on IHG Avid Hotel at Town Madison

MADISON – The Breland Companies and local leaders today broke ground on avid™ hotel, the first of its kind in the southeast, as the newest member of Town Madison – a 563-acre modern, walkable, urban community in North Alabama. Located near the recently announced minor league baseball stadium and several other shops, restaurants and homes, avid hotel will serve the thriving area in Madison and offer innovative sound-reducing guest rooms, modern architectural features, and open public areas that allow guests to relax, work, connect or eat.

The new four-story hotel will feature a swimming pool, offer 87 guest rooms, and employ Alabama workers to build the structure.
