Local quartet to sing Valentines Day telegrams

By Staff
What do you plan to do for your sweetheart on Valentines Day?
How about sending that special someone a singing telegram?
There is a group of young men in Madison who call themselves the Buzz Cuts. The group has been formed for a couple of years and plan to sing Valentines Day telegrams on Thursday, Feb. 13, and Friday, Feb. 14.
In 2002, the Buzz Cuts took first place in the Bob Jones High School Talent Show. Two members of the singing quartet, seniors Daniel Carlisle and Michael Sprately, have returned this year. The quartet's newest members are Lincoln Parrot and Andrew Farrell.
The cost for the Valentines Day serenading service will be $30 and can be reserved by calling 461-0974 from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. For those living in the city of Madison, songs will be delivered on Thursday. For those living in the Huntsville area, songs will be delivered on Friday.
To schedule this unique way to say Happy Valentines Day, call Daniel Carlisle at 461-0974.
