Lions Club’s mop, broom fundraiser will buy eyeglasses

MADISON – Madison Area Family Lions Club is conducting a fundraiser to help in providing eye exams and glasses for youth and adults in need within the community, along with funding other service needs in the area.

The Lions Mop & Broom Sale offers quality O-Cedar brand mops and brooms for residential and commercial use. Sale items include cotton household mops, 13 inches long for $7; cotton industrial mops, 16 inches long for $11; household corn brooms for $15; and warehouse corn brooms for $20.

Other products available for order are push brooms, nylon-bristle brooms and lobby dust pans.

Madison Area Family Lions Club meets monthly on second Tuesdays at Old Black Bear Brewing Company in downtown Madison. Dinner starts at 6 p.m., followed by the meeting at 7 p.m. For more information about the club, email madisonlionsclub@gmail.com.
